This cuff is inlayed with black highway repair material - which is water-safe, and very durable. The finished texture is very similar to asphalt. 

Unisex. Available in two sizes -

Standard Womens size - Approx. 2.5" at widest, 6" around with 1" opening. Standard Mens size - approx. 3" at widest, 6.75" around with 1.25" opening. 

Available in brass and silver.
